How are the prices calculated?
Each tour page lists the price for every group size, as a price for the whole group or per person. Choose the number of travellers in the booking form to see your total.
Is every tour private?
Yes. Our tours are private: only you and your group, with your own guide and vehicle.
How do I pay?
You can pay on the day (cash or card to your guide or driver) or online by card on a secure CaSys payment page. Your card details never touch our website.
Can I cancel or change my booking?
Yes, free of charge up to 24 hours before the tour. Reply to your confirmation e-mail or message us on WhatsApp.
Can you pick me up from my hotel?
Yes. Tell us your hotel or address in the booking form and your guide will pick you up there. For Ohrid tours from Skopje and the other way round, pickup is at your accommodation.
Do you offer something that is not on the list?
