1. Who we are

2. What data we collect

When you book a tour or write to us we collect your name, e-mail address, phone number, hotel or pickup address, the tour, date and number of travellers, and any note you add. The website itself uses only the cookies needed to make the booking form work. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

3. Why we use it

We use your data only to handle your booking: to confirm it, plan the pickup, contact you about the tour, take payment and meet our legal and accounting duties. We do not sell your data and we do not send marketing messages unless you ask for them.

4. Who receives it

Your booking details are shared only with the guide or driver assigned to your tour and, if you choose online card payment, with the licensed payment processor CaSys (cPay), which handles card data on its own secure page. We never see or store your card number.

5. How long we keep it

Booking records are kept for as long as accounting and tax law require, and then deleted. Messages that are not related to a booking are deleted after 24 months.

6. Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or to restrict how we use it, by writing to info@plus-travel.mk. You can also complain to the Personal Data Protection Agency of North Macedonia.
