How our service is delivered

Our services are tours and excursions performed in person in North Macedonia and, for selected programs, in neighbouring countries. Nothing is shipped.

Confirmation

After you send the booking form you receive an e-mail with your booking reference and the details of your tour. We confirm the pickup time and place by e-mail or WhatsApp, normally within the hour.

On the day

Your guide or driver meets you at the hotel or address you gave, at the agreed time, and the tour is performed as described on its page. The program starts and ends at the points listed in the tour details.

Delivery proof and receipts

For online card payments, CaSys sends a payment confirmation to your e-mail address and we send a booking confirmation with your payment reference. A fiscal receipt is available on request.
