Terms & Conditions

1. The service

Plus Travel Skopje organises private guided tours and excursions. A tour is a private service for the group that books it: the guide, the vehicle and the listed services are for your group only.

2. Prices and currency

Prices on new.plus-travel.mk are shown in euro, per tour and by group size: either for the whole group or per person, as stated on each tour page. The denar (MKD) amount is calculated at a fixed rate of 1 EUR = 62 MKD. Prices include the guide, transport and the services listed under “Price includes”. Items under “Not included” (for example entrance tickets, meals and personal expenses) are paid by the traveller.

3. Booking and payment

A booking is made by sending the booking form. We confirm it by e-mail or WhatsApp. You can pay on the day of the tour (cash or card to your guide or driver) or online by card. Online payments are processed in denars (MKD) by CaSys through the secure cPay page.

4. Cancellation

You can cancel or change a booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the start of the tour. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Changes by us

We may change the route or order of a program for safety, weather, road closures or opening hours of sites. If we must cancel a tour, you are told as early as possible and any prepayment is refunded in full.

6. Traveller responsibilities

Please be ready at the agreed time and place, carry valid travel documents for cross-border programs and follow the guide’s safety instructions. Children must be accompanied by an adult.

7. Liability

We are responsible for the proper performance of the services we sell. We are not liable for events outside our control, or for loss of personal belongings left in a vehicle. Mandatory consumer rights under the law of North Macedonia are not affected.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of North Macedonia. Disputes are handled by the competent court in Skopje.
