Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Free cancellation

You may cancel or change a booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the start of the tour. Reply to your confirmation e-mail, write to info@plus-travel.mk or message us on WhatsApp at +389 78 290 935. Changes are confirmed in writing.

2. Late cancellation and no-show

Cancellations less than 24 hours before the start, and no-shows (the group does not appear and does not contact us), are charged at 100% of the tour price.

3. Refunds of online card payments

Where a tour was paid online by card (cPay / CaSys), the refund is made to the same card used for payment. Refunds for eligible cancellations are initiated within 3 working days and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 working days, depending on your bank. We never refund in cash or to a different card.

4. Cancellation by us

If we cannot run a tour for reasons on our side or because of force majeure (extreme weather, road or border closures), you are informed as early as possible and any amount paid in advance is refunded in full, or you can choose another date.

5. Complaints

If something went wrong with your tour, contact us within 7 days at info@plus-travel.mk. We reply within 2 working days.
